On-site Electronic Warfare (EW) subject matter expert needed to support Combatant Command teams with EW analyses. Candidate will develop methodologies for EW analyses and perform analyses to support critical EW issues and problems and use all-source national and tactical military intelligence and technical data mining to assist in these analyses. Areas covered in the analyses include radar, communications, wireless technology, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), computer networks, electro-optics (EO), infrared (IR) directed energy, electronic countermeasures (ECM) and electronic counter-counter measures (ECCM). Candidate will also identify EW shortfalls and provide recommended solutions and prepare and deliver reports and briefings on results of IO analyses.

Basic Qualifications
Candidate must be a US citizen, and must be a resident of the San Antonio, TX area or be willing to relocate to the San Antonio, TX area. Candidate must possess an active TS/SSBI security clearance.

Other Qualifications
BS degree in Electrical Engineering desired. Five years in joint and service EW or related field/10 years joint and service EW experience desired. Skills in using various intelligence databases and combining and organizing data from numerous sources; in EW effectiveness analysis vulnerability and risk assessment to include mitigation analyses; and in the use of computer models and simulations to support analyses are desired. In-depth understanding of RF propagation and ECM/ECCM techniques required.

Security Requirements
Candidate must possess an active TS/SSBI security clearance.
