Description:
If you are looking for an exciting, fast paced and challenging career in retail management then become part of the AT&T company store organization. Effectively supervise all aspects of a retail location. This position is responsible for recruitment, selection, development and training of all retail sales personnel.


Skills:

• 3-5 years management experience in the telecommunications and/or
retail industry.
• 3-5 years sales experience, including prospecting,
telemarketing and/or outside sales.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax.
• Ability to work at multiple locations within district preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience required.
