Our client delivers on demand talent management solutions to leading companies worldwide so they can assess, acquire and manage their workforce for improved business performance.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Sell company’s products and services to existing and new clients in an assigned territory
2) Build and manage sales pipeline in the territory
3) Qualify sales opportunities based on company revenue/margin goals
4) Build account plans and strategies for each target account
5) Coordinate with company’s sales team efforts for optimal delivery
6) Drive sales activities in the territory consistently with company’s practices (modeled on The Complex Sales (TCS) methodology)
7) Meet revenue/margin objectives for the assigned territory on a quarterly basis
8) Ensure successful transition of accounts to the Client Management Team
9) Provide suggestions to company’s supervisor and leadership team to improve company’s performance in the territory and beyond
10) Ensure that every client interaction meets company’s quality standards

Job Requirements:
1) B.S. in Business, Marketing or related field
2) Proven track record of successful enterprise software solution sales to Fortune 2000 companies at a senior level
3) Previous selling experience of using sales methodology (Solution selling, powerbase, strategic selling, complex sale, etc.)
4) Ability to discuss business needs with executive management while leveraging company’s solutions and services
5) Ability to exceed pre-defined sales quotas ($1M plus) with a minimum of 5 – 7 years in product-based sales experience
6) Proven success in selling to "C-level executives or senior leadership in Operations, Finance, Human Resources and IT
7) Experience in selling software solutions to large enterprises
8) Demonstrated success in selling Talent Management, HR Applications and other human capital solutions
9) Results-oriented with ability to manage all aspects of new account selling –cold calling, prospecting, third party relationship management and closing
10) Excellent communications skills and focus on developing and supporting customer relations
11) Comfortable and productive working in a home-office environment
12) Willingness to travel – Moderately
