Position Summary:
Develop, implement and coordinate policies, practices and programs covering employment and salary administration to recruit and retain competent employees, to develop amicable relations with the local union and to ensure compliance with employment laws. Develop and/or improve, implement and direct training programs to develop the skills necessary to meet current and future job demands.

Experience Required:
Knowledge of the principles, practices and sound techniques in all aspects of personnel administration and management.
Knowledge of the principles and practices in payroll administration and management.
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing the area of Human Resources
Knowledge of Ceridian HR/Payroll System
Knowledge of KRONOS Timekeeping System
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Minimum 5 years experience in the HR field.
Previous Labor Management Experience
SPHR preferred.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business or in related field
