Modis has been tasked by one of their most respected clients to identify the following due to growth. Located in Toronto, ON, our client is looking for a Credit Risk Developer (C++).
EMPLOYMENT DURATION: Contract, 6 months
LOCATION: Toronto, ON
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop and test software to support critical Basel II EPE projects
• Develop derivatives pricing and simulation models
• Provide end to end test (unit test, system integration test, QA and UAT tests), including developing regression test scripts
• Provide application support for the OTC counterparty credit risk system
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of IT experiences
• Mandatory skills: C/C++, Unix Perl, Sybase/SQL, Java, J2EE
• Must have proven analytical and problem solving skills as candidate must be able to understand financial models and be able to quickly analyze and interpret code for test and support purposes
• Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with clients, project manager and IT staff from various system applications
• Must be well organized and able to manage own time to meet deliverables and deadlines
