Director of Surgical Services (Health System)South Central Wisconsin (Commutable from Northern Illinois, Rockford, Beloit, Madison or Milwaukee !)My client is a network of more than 50 facilities in 21 communities, across seven counties in southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois. Clinicians and Administrators come to this health system to practice outstanding medicine in a warm, caring, neighborhood setting.They stay because they are valued by administration, compensated well and are given the tools to succeed.Under the general direction of the Vice President of Patient Care, the selected candidate will be responsible for leadership of the Surgical Services Product Line. Job duties will include Providing oversight for 24-hour operations of the OR, Endoscopy, Recovery and Outpatient Surgery. Selects, develops, and maintains teams of competent staff; holds them accountable for and recognizes their contributions for desired results. Manages, supervises, and coordinates the operations of the surgical services and develops the programs to meet the needs of the organization and the community.
My client requires a Bachelor's Degree in nursing with Masters degree preferred and at least three (3) years of progressively responsible management experience in Surgical Services.
