Our client, a world-leading CRO, provides a broad range of services to the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industries for the development and commercialization of various therapeutics.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Oversee relationship management of assigned clients
2) Recommend course of action regarding client management issues and implementation of improvement plans
3) Provide financial review and supervise clients to meet company realization targets
4) Ensure quality of deliverables
5) Provide consultation regarding drug development process and strategy
6) Serve as a team member on Operation or Steering Committees with strategic partners
7) Oversee line management

Job Requirements:
1) BS/BA in a Life Sciences or a related field
2) 12+ years of clinical research experience
3) 7 years of project management experience
4) Oncology experience
5) Professional Project Management accreditation a plus
6) Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
7) Strong influencing and negotiating skills
8) Good team leadership skills
9) Excellent customer service skills
10) Willingness to travel
