Must have a bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing/Welding Engineering or closely related with at least three years experience in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment. Responsible for researching and developing new tools, processes, machines and equipment and integrating the facilities and systems for producing quality products with optimal expenditure. Will write, update and manage robotic programs and coordinate robotic welding need with production manager and crew leaders.
