Compensation: Commission
Allowances: $.505 per mile, Laptop, POS, Cell Phone Expense
Earning Potential: Average: $65,000 per year – Top Performers: + $100,000 per year
Benefits: 401k, Medical
Training: 30 day period – paid $15.00 per hour for training period
Appointments: 25-40%% appointments pre set

Position Responsibilities:

-Provides quality client service in a friendly, professional and timely manner
-Builds strong client relationships from initial greet through close of the sale
-Demonstrates advanced knowledge of products and services
-Uses knowledge to maximize sales and enhance the level of customer service provided
-Practices advanced selling techniques, including top-down and suggestive selling to drive average order size
-Develops client prospects and generates new sales opportunities by targeting local businesses, home builders, neighborhoods.
-Anticipates client needs by constantly evaluating environment and clients for cues
-Follows up with clients to ensure needs are met and works collaboratively with Showroom team to resolve customer issues
-Knows and properly executes all systems and POS procedures to ensure a quick and efficient client interaction
-Communicates effectively with other team members and Management and is flexible to the needs of the business
-Understands and executes Company operating policies and procedures


Preferred Qualifications:

-High school degree or equivalent is required. Some college work is preferred in a related discipline
-2-5 years of outside sales consultant experience, preferably in a specialty or custom product/service sales environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

-Strong, refined relationship-based selling skills, with strong, demonstrated customer service orientation
-Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful
-Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Ability to work independently, but also work as part of a team
-Ability to prioritize work within a multi-tasking and fast paced environment
-Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
-Strong follow-up skills
-Ability to learn new procedures, process POS transactions, and be comfortable with new technology
