BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Be somebody’s superhero – several times per shift – by joining us as a Customer Service Representative at our state-of-the-art call center in Houston, TX. In this vital role, you will:

Answer incoming calls for Handset Protection and/or Roadside Assistance service
Provide assistance in a prompt, courteous and efficient manner
Escalate calls as necessary
Utilize call center technology to input, track and report customer issues
Must read, write, and speak Spanish and English fluently
Ability to pass drug and background check required

Qualified candidates must be well-spoken, with good phone etiquette and excellent listening skills. H.S. diploma/GED required along with computer literacy, 25-35 WPM typing ability and data entry skills. Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
