The Speech Recognition Business Analyst will be auditing calls, populating databases, and testing results. This work will be done in our San Francisco office for both domestic and international clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of Utopy's SpeechMiner voice recognition software
- Listen to recorded phone conversations and classify them into call categories, highlighting the phrases that capture the meaning of the calls
- Transcribe common phrases used to identify call categories
- Audit results and perfect the speech recognition performance


Skills:
Qualifications and Skills:
- Critical thinking and strong listening skills
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Must be able to focus on detailed work requiring a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent command of the English language as well as Mandarin
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
