We have two departments, construction management and real estate development. Were currently looking for suitable candidate who can handle day to day transaction in both areas.
Basic skills that we are looking for:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick Books Pro Construction
Exceptional communication skills and writing skills
Knowledge of Korean and Chinese is a plus due to a large client base
Basic office skills (answering calls, faxing, copying and scanning)
Multi-tasking
Day to Day Operation for this position:
Managing & maintaining clients and vendors information / database
Administer transactions on Quick Books: invoices, payments
Generate accounting reports
Assist with HR administration: insurance, record keeping and payroll
