Job Duties:

The primary focus of this position is to sell credit, debit, and gift card processing solutions along with other merchant services products to regional and small businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Sell MainStream’s products and services face-to-face to new and existing customers

• Contact and visit prospective customers to determine the customers' needs and perform sales presentations to match company's products with identified needs.

• Remain knowledgeable of company's products to facilitate sales efforts.

• Provide follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction with products and/or services provided.

Skills:
Qualifications:
Knowledge of merchant services, credit card industry, and banking services is a plus, but not required
Prior experience in a competitive, outside B2B sales environment, preferably 1-2 years experience
Strong working knowledge of the sales process and a focus on customer satisfaction (candidates who are responsive and empathetic to customer needs)
Self-starters with a high work ethic, self-discipline, persistence, and the ability to work independently or as a team with good time-management skills
Professional presentation skills, as well as excellent problem solving abilities
Good analytical / basic math skills
Commission-focused sales professionals with aspirations for uncapped earning potential are generally most successful
