The Human Resources Generalist assures proper communications, customer service, and quality control that are governed by internal/external customers. Is responsible for providing customer service to employees within designated departments. Assist employees and management with all HR processes. Provides initial advice to employees and management on HR issues. This position is responsible for the support of day-to-day HR department operations, including coordinating all of the new hire process and staffing needs. Supports various activities in the HR Department including benefits, employee communications and acts as a resource for employees with questions about HR programs/processes.


Skills:
3-5 years of experience in the field or in related area. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Access, Excel, Word and Outlook. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in a related area.
