Provide both administrative and project specific support to the ED's of Finance and Forecasting.
Provide diversified administrative support including phone, scheduling and coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
Process Departmental Expenses via the Web Invoice and Oracle PO systems.
Audit NYO expense reports and invoices.
Organize and maintain department expense files.
Special Projects as required.
Skills:
Position requires up to 1-2 years related experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Oracle and Impromtu a plus.
