"This position will provide analytical and financial reporting support at a region level. Description: Prepare and review monthly operational reports with respect to financial and subscriber reporting. Analyze and develop reports to assist in the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process. Provide and report variance and trend analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods through creating and updating spreadsheets. Gather and reconcile regional/area specific data from multiple sources and distribute to appropriate Region Executive team. Support the preparation of the monthly forecast and annual budget. Prepare regional financial analysis for special projects on profitability, What if scenarios, and cost effectiveness using financial modeling techniques. Responsible for ad hoc, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting, including variance analysis to budget, forecast and prior year. Act as liaison with system and division personnel to solve financial and subscriber reporting issues. Special projects as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance."

Required Skills:
"Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, and 3 or more years of experience in area of work or has equivalent of work experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis, or accounting. 4 years of experience is preferred. Strong professional, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and to effectively communicate both orally and in writing. Ability to work independently but also strong team orientation. Superior analytical problem solving skills, and the ability to suggest and implement practical solutions. Excellent Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint skills.
