"Reporting to the Commercial Sales Manager, this position is responsible for sales of Comcast products and services, including high speed internet, Commercial telephone service, and cable television service. Sell Comcast products and services to commercial customers and maximize commercial revenue in assigned territory. Negotiate new contracts with customers in assigned territory to enable profitable sales across all product lines. Target Multi-tenant buildings and develop and execute sales plans to increase product penetrations. Make presentations to associations, owners, developers or managers during and after normal business hours. Gather data about new customer contacts, such as legal name, address, verification of agreement status, owner and contact information, property management information to assist with ROE (Right-Of-Entry) agreements, unauthorized and competitive activity, etc. Maximize sales of commercial HSD products by prospecting Small Businesses in assigned territory. Essential Functions: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: -Develop network solutions (voice and data) for customer bandwidth requirements. -Develop and maintain a contact database. -Responsible for all tracking of sales. -Provide weekly & monthly reporting on monthly quota totals. -Providing quality assessments of product representation. Comply and enforce all polices/ procedures/ standards. -All other aspects conducive to ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction. -Represent Comcast Business Services in a professional manner at all times. -Route any outside fiber leads to the Enterprise Accounts team. -Attend all tradeshows (some weekends will apply). - Achieve assigned quotas and goals within management expectations -Provide daily, weekly and monthly tracking as requested. -Perform other duties as assigned Punctual, regular, consistent attendance required."
Required Skills: "• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred • 3 years experience in commercial broadband sales and/or marketing. •Strong skills in prospecting and cold calling General knowledge of: • Networking environments (LAN, WAN, etc.) • Ethernet hubs • 3rd party Internet programs (IRC, NetMeeting, etc.) • HTML • RF & Network Cabling and installation • Valid drivers license and an excellent driving record as must • Occasional nights/weekends may be required • Excellent verbal and written communication, and negotiating, skills. • Excellent organizational skills • Must be results-oriented, creative and energetic. • Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills. • Ability to work independently. • Word/Excel experience required.
