We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Supervisor of FP&A to oversee and enhance all the financial planning and analysis functions for our Mountain Region. We are looking for someone who values being challenged in their work and is motivated by consistently improving. The ideal candidate for this job would have a degree in Finance or a related field, strong technical skill set, and five plus years of progressive experience.

Duties to include:

-Design, develop and report key system performance metrics in a consistent and timely manner across entire business unit.
Analyzes key performance indicators to explore various modeling aimed at increasing operational and financial efficiency.
-Drive financial analysis surrounding new product launches which includes implementation plans and evaluation of progress.
-Maintain existing and develop new management reports that detail key metrics and sales data in order to communicate trends in the region.
-Report actual results versus budget, including revenue and expense variance analysis.
Analyze trends, draw inferences and make business recommendations using market and economic conditions.
-Assist in forecasting process in order to increase overall accuracy and identify business trends.
-Assist in the budgeting process including, but not limited to, the consolidation of total business unit results and compilation of Budget Summaries.
-Establish strong relationships and knowledge within the sales departments in order to deliver superior analytical support.
-Supervise and mentor the financial analyst(s) in the region by expanding technical skill sets, creating reporting consistencies, and encouraging collaboration.
-Ad hoc reporting as needed.
-Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.


Required Skills:
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
-Five plus years progressive experience.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Advanced analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
-Proven capability to build confidence with internal and external customers.
-Aptitude to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
-Prior supervisory experience a plus.
-Ability to travel for 15% of job.
