Our client provides corporations and government agencies with fast, intelligent, and structure-free access to critical information locked in the many organizational databases, emails, document archives, images, and file servers. The company’s intelligent data capture products, speed up processing of invoices, accounts payable, customer orders, and other documents and obtain 90% field extraction rates right out of the box.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Handle ongoing development of new business
2) Grow and enhance strategic client relationships in the area of data capture and workflow software solutions
3) Work directly with clients, service team and senior management to effectively sell the company’s services and solutions
4) Perform sales activities for strategic accounts to achieve/exceed assigned revenue objectives
5) Contact and visit accounts to determine needs
6) Create and perform sales presentations to match company’s products/services with identified needs and address client issues and objections
7) Sell products/services through face-to-face contact
8) Maintain an understanding of company’s products/services to facilitate sales efforts
9) Maintain regular schedule of contact with customers via phone/onsite visits to ensure satisfaction
10) Engage in relationship building and networking activities to develop additional sales opportunities
11) Provide feedback to development team on customer requirements and business opportunities
12) Work seamlessly with development, business architects and customer support team to ensure quality service delivery and effective implementation of products at customer sites
13) Work with Sales Team to devise sales plans and strategies to accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
14) Develop account plans and sales strategies that will ensure sustainable business growth
15) Collaborate with colleagues to determine effective sales techniques
16) Determine ways to differentiate from competitors
17) Develop and enhance business relationships with existing customers to maximize account penetration and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:
1) Degree (4 year)
2) 7+ years of software sales experience
3) Familiarity with pipeline software a plus
4) Proven track record of successful business development
5) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
6) Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
7) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
8) Good computer skills for client presentations and demos
9) Strong relationship building and networking skills
10) Entrepreneurial drive, strong work ethic and passion for technology
11) Ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions to all levels of an organization
12) Ability to effectively source various niche markets, including utilizing creative methods
