Law Office Accounts Receivable Specialist

North Dallas Law Firm seeks Accounts Receivable Specialist for the primary function of contacting consumers in an effort to work-out amiable arrangements to preclude the necessity of filing Law Suits.

Qualifications: Proficient in Excel and all other Microsoft applications. Must be computer literate, a quick study of other software applications and have the keen ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment. Excellent telephone skills, diction and telephone etiquette with a voice that shows absolute professionalism and has the willingness to help at all times. Spanish speaking individuals are a plus.

Experience in consumer collections environment is preferable. Must demonstrate self motivation, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, organized, and production oriented. Responsible for achieving the company’s defined goals, productivity, quality collections, while offering dependability and adhering to the company’s attendance and punctuality expectations.
