Performs and monitors support activities related to donor suitability issues including: maintenance of the Donor Deferral Register (DDR), interacting with blood donors regarding infectious diseases and other product safety concerns, and performing tasks associated with product retrieval and consignee notification, maintains confidentiality and security of donor records.

Requirements: Bachelors’ degree in health science, medical technology, nursing, biology, or equivalent work experience. One to three years work experience in a blood center, laboratory, or equivalent.
