Our client has an exciting direct-hire opportunity here in Raleigh, NC! They are seeking a strong candidate for their Sr. Configuration Management Engineer position. Our client's development teams work in an Agile environment so this candidate will have experience working with developers who practice Agile methodologies. The main function of this position will entail handling the design and development of software scripts to automate build, test, analysis, and deployment activities in an ECI (Enterprise Continuous Integration) environment.

Requirements:
Desire to work in a co-located and shared team environment
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and XP principles and practices
• Deep understanding and experience with the following tools:
 Subversion
 CVS
 Cruise Control .Net
 NAnt
 MSBuild
• General understanding and experience with:
 NUnit
 NDepend
 NCover
 Fitnesse
 SQL Server 2005
 C#
• Thorough understanding of Configuration Management concepts as they apply to the SDLC and Agile development
• Excellent analysis and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Knowledge of various scripting languages and techniques
• SQL database concepts and environments
• Release Management concepts
• Familiarity with the architecture of multi-tiered enterprise applications
