Are you team oriented with excellent cross-collaboration communication skills, able to work in an ambiguous environment and have experience in Program Management in the SDLC? Looking for a Self-starter, detail oriented person that can deliver on time. Initial contract through June of 2009.



* Onboard technical risk assessments to platform

* Perform complex design analysis

* Research alternative approaches and perform cost/benefit/risk analysis.

* Ensure appropriate implementation of methodology.

* Vendor will delegate project assignments to others, assist with prioritizing development requests and provide input to Program Managers.

* Work with Marketing Rep, Technical Writer and a Subject Matter Expert to develop Intellectual Property.

* Develop functional specs on how the risk assessment will be implemented

* Work with offshore develop and test resources and develop the implementation and roll out plan.


Qualifications

* Program Management experience and SDLC knowledge

* Experience in development of project artifacts

* Experience with standard IT control processes

* Experience Spec'ing and delivering client applications

* Must be technical enough to understand how platforms work

* Detail oriented

* Able to ship/deliver on time

* Ability to work in an ambiguous environment

* Must have excellent cross-collaboration communication skills and be team-oriented

* Must be a self-starter
