As a Claims Examiner, you will use your strong decision making skills to investigate claims, and you will showcase your analytical skills to arrange settlement of claims based on fact. You will use your strong investigative skills to secure information, and will utilize your exceptional communication skills to educate and negotiate with the customer. You will strengthen your already successful multi-tasking skills, by excelling in a fast paced environment. You will ensure proper documentation and correspondence on all claims.

You will be responsible for:

* Handling inside claims requiring substantial investigation to determine coverage, liability and extent of physical damage claims.
* Negotiating the resolution of claim based on facts and legal climate where claims occurred.
* Documenting all correspondence on claim and prepares agenda for resolving issues.

Qualifications:

* BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience handling liability claims.
* Excellent interpersonal, customer service skills.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Prior experience with personal computers, knowledge of MS Office software.
* Prior experience within a fast-paced role, able to handle multiple priorities with ease and working in a customer-focused environment is preferred.
* Prior management experience a plus.
* No relocation assistance provided.
