The Visiting International Faculty Program (VIF), the United States' largest cultural exchange program for teachers and schools, is dedicated to transforming lives through international exchange. The following support and operational positions are available at the VIF headquarters in Chapel Hill, NC. This position is responsible for ensuring that VIF prospects meet certification and licensure standards in participating states. Responsibilities include: credential and certification approval; review of applicant eligibility; research of education systems, certification and licensure; and, policy documentation.

Skills:
Qualifications include: BA/BS in liberal arts discipline; 2 years professional experience preferably in the area of certification and licensure; knowledge of US State Department of Education preferred; proficiency in Microsoft products required; ability to interpret national and state education licensure policies; familiarity with foreign teaching credentials a plus; bilingual (Spanish) ability a plus; and, strong research, documentation and analytical skills required as is the ability to manage multiple priorities in a heavy-processing, numbers-driven environment.
