I am a registered associate of an large energy company that is seeking to increase its commercial accounts.

The company can often save customers money in that its overhead is far less than the local power company.

It provides both electricity and gas in New York (not long Island), New Jersey, Ohio, Michigan and Illinois.

They provide just electricity in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Idaho, Colorado and Texas.

They provide just natural gas in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia and Delaware.

The company has a number of different plans to meet the energy needs of its clients. They are all geared to permit the customer to save money. It supplies the electricity and the customer still deals with its local power company for maintenance of the lines and connections. If there is an outage or emergency, the customer still deals with the local power company.

The company will take any commercial enterprise as a customer. This is from the local pizza store to the large corporation. This includes any business that operates 24/7, such as hospitals, trucking companies, Fed Ex, etc.

The process if very easy. Identify a client who has an interest. The client signs an authorization that permits the Company to review its power usage history. The company will then create a proposal that demonstrates if the client can save money or lock in a price by using its service. If the client agrees, a credit check on the client is done and as long as all is OK, they then sign a contract.

There is no fee connected with hooking up the client, there is no interruption in service. The transition is seamless and within 30 to 45 days, the client will get its usual energy bill, but the savings will be reflected on that bill.

There is no cost for checking the usage history or preparing the proposal. If the client chooses the market price plan, it can cancel on 30 days notice.

I am seeking individuals to work with my company, James K. Hogan & Associates. You will have to sign a Sales Rep Agreement with me outlining our Agreement.

You identify the client (any commercial enterprise - large or small) and have the owner to sign an authorization so the Company can check its usage history and formulate a proposal. I send you the proposal and you present it to the client. If the client approves, let me know and I will have the company draft a contract. You present the contract to the client for signature. I will be available to answer questions by you and the client all along the way.

Once the contract is signed the commissions are earned. The commission is paid every month on each client for the life of the contract. We will split the commission, you get 75% and I get 25% for acting as your back office and processing the papers.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students, retired people, folks who are looking for a nice part time job. You set your own hours and you are in charge of your own earnings as you are only paid on what you generate. There is no investment on your part. Nothing to buy - I give you the papers you need (I get them from the company). This is a very good way for the merchants in your neighborhood to realize the same type of savings on energy that big companies realize every day.
