We are looking for an experienced technical support person who can work independently and deliver great customer service, who is also fluent in Japanese. This person will work closely with the engineering department to support customers and help them troubleshoot network and email problems in a Linux environment. Must be willing to dedicate themselves to learning the product.
Skills:
Experience Required:
Strong technical understanding of one or more of the following protocols is required:
· SMTP
· HTTP/HTTP Proxy
· SSL
· SMB
Additional Skills/Requirements:
· Technical support experience
· Fluent in Japanese (This is a MUST!)
· Understands LDAP
· Independently motivated
· Understands Linux OS, configuration, and email protocols
· Understands Firewalls
