RN CASE MANAGER
As a RN Case Manager, your ability to manage client care with specific knowledge and experience in bedside care, symptom management, crisis intervention and family intervention are feature assets for this high-profile nursing position. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 6 months nursing experience within the past 3 years.

Travel is necessary on a daily basis.

EDUCATION:
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state and in good standing with the Board in which he/she will practice.
SPECIFICS OF THE JOB ARE:
RN Case Manager
Manage a client and family caseload which includes assessing, planning, implementation, evaluating and documenting the care provided. A lot of paperwork.
With a higher case load RN may have LPN’s and CENA’s to help out. RN will supervise.
Keeping in touch with docs, pharmacies.

On call is required of all RN’s; the amount depends on each office rotation.
