Master's Level Family Therapist

Put your experience and creativity to work as part of our supportive and caring children’s mental health organization. Join the Alliance for Inclusion and Prevention (AIP), a private non-profit agency working with at-risk youth and their families in Boston. We are seeking culturally competent therapists with strong mental health clinical skills to be part of a team of therapists implementing MultiSystemic Therapy (MST) in Boston.

Multisystemic Therapy Clinician
MST is an award-winning evidence-based treatment model directed at youth with behavioral problems and their families. Extensive research has shown MST to have lasting positive outcomes on reducing antisocial behaviors and arrests in troubled youth. Caseloads are very small in order that families can be seen several times each week for intensive family therapy and parenting education sessions. Intensive training and ongoing supervision provided.



Skills:
Requirements:
• MSW or MA in counseling required, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC licensure preferred.
• Availability to work evenings with flexible schedule.
• Car required with travel reimbursement.
• Spanish bilingual is very helpful - please note in your cover letter whether fluency level is sufficient to conduct psychotherapy sessions.
