Oracle CRM Service functional with 3-7 years experience

Required Skills

Service Contracts - to track warranty, extended warranty, and all other contractual services, by model, serial number, customer, etc.
Teleservice - for the Service Event Tracker (customer care/tech support/call center personnel would use this application to log interactions with customers)
Field Service - for service work completed at customer site
Depot Repair - for in-house repair+calibration transactions
iSupport - for web-based, customer self-serve front end (to check order status, request RMAs, etc.
· Installed Base - to track sales+service history by model, part number, serial number, customer, etc
