There is currently one opening for a motivated person with financial, analytical and technical skills. This position is part of the Planning and Analysis team accountable for providing frequent analyses of Agency Distribution’s key performance drivers and also financial and technical support to our various business partners. Our team works closely with Agency Distribution’s Executive team and the members of our field management teams to provide oversight and analyses of all performance measurement related issues for the 51 field offices. In addition, the team is responsible for management of our monthly field (4 territories and 51 offices) fixed expense reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis as well as development of the field annual fixed budgets.


Description & Responsibilities:

Research and prepare analyses of current and/or past trends of Agency Distribution’s key performance drivers.

Interaction and support of the Planning and Analysis team in preparation of monthly Agency Management Meetings, Quarterly Challenge Sessions and the Annual Field Planning Process.

Provide on-going support and assistance to the field management teams on all key performance drivers and expense related issues.

Financial support for Agency Distribution, which includes preparation of annual expense budgets, monthly reporting of actual vs. budget results, quarterly forecasting updates, as well as various other ad hoc responsibilities.
