Pool Attendant - (US-CA-Lake Tahoe )

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Enforce all rules and regulations to maintain the safest pool area as possible.
2. Monitor complete coverage of the pool area.
3. Apply and maintain water safety skills as taught in the certification program and in-service training by Recreation Supervisor.
4. Welcome guests as they arrive at the pool and distribute them towels.
5. Ensure proper alignment of all pool furniture at ALL times.
6. Help restock clean towels, pick up dirty towels, and properly dispose of dirty towels.
7. Identify guests entering pool area to make sure that they are Resort guests, Club members, VIP members or daily fee guests only. Refuse entry to others in a friendly manner.
8. Keep entire pool area free of trash and miscellaneous debris.
9. Turn on waterslide at beginning of the day.
10. Turn off waterslide at the end of the day and post all ˇ§out of serviceˇ¨ signs.
11. Take out/put away all water safety items as necessary.
12. Assist Banquets staff with Food and Beverage services at the swimming pool.
13. Check guests for any signs of physical or mental impairment that could make it inadvisable for the guest to participate in any of our activities.
