HealthPort, a one source healthcare solutions company, is actively seeking candidates for a full-time Medical Records ROI Specialist at a hospital site in Colorado Springs, CO.

This position is Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, day shift hours.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to answering phones, verifying authorizations for HIPAA compliance on release of information requests, pulling and scanning medical records at a hospital facility in Colorado Springs, CO. Must be a fast learner with great people skills and very reliable. Applicants must have good customer service skills, have the ability to work independently and learn quickly.

Requirements
Good Typing Skill Computer Knowledge and English Knowledge also
Strong clerical in a medical environment accepted.
Have the ability to do light physical labor in relation to the job duties which include standing for long periods of time.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check for employment.
