We seek a self-motivated and highly organized consultant to travel to and manage a portfolio of client hotels throughout the central VA region—from Roanoke to Richmond and Charlottesville! As our Brand Performance Consultant, you will review hotel performance data, identify improvement opportunities, create understanding with franchisees and their representatives, and implement top line sales plus operational improvement initiatives.

Reviewing guest satisfaction scores, yield indices and other data, you will utilize your knowledge of industry/market conditions and Choice operating practices to create performance improvement strategies. Duties include developing hotel action plans, assisting with local sales & marketing activities, ensuring brand standards are met, gathering needed resources from other departments and providing operational analyses. Other responsibilities include providing feedback to our Regional Vice President of Franchise Performance, and teaching GMs/franchisees to understand quality assurance scores in support of their ability to take necessary actions.



Skills:
•At least 5 years of related hotel experience, preferably in full-service operations, sales or food & beverage management
•Bachelor’s degree
•Excellent written/verbal communication, marketing, training and time-management skills
•MS Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency
•Willingness to travel extensively
