Responsible for creating strategic global education programs that are custom-fit to the needs of the markets. Position is responsible for working closely with all other departments and the field, in order to create the most relevant education programs for Consultants that teach the skills and behaviours necessary for brand equity. Position needs to be creative in developing both in-store programs, and seminars that inspire and motivate Consultants to be the skin authority. Programs need to reinforce and teach Consultants, behaviours and skills necessary for building brand equity. Responsible for working with Education Administration in creating innovative tools that help to build sales and inspire Consultants, such as power points, videos, Business Planner. The position requires a high level of creative and writing talent and proven platform delivery skills.

Skills:
The candidate should have had approximately eight years of related experience in the cosmetic industry, retail sales, education development/research or team training. Candidates must have strong communication skills (both oral and written). Competent computer skills, including MsWord, Excel, and Powerpoint are a must and a college degree is preferred. Requires a strategic and resourceful thinker and a creative writer.
