Job Details:
Clinical Staff Pharmacist needed to provide Pharmaceutical Care to achieve improved outcomes and quality of life for patients of all ages.

Pharmacy offers increased clinical involvement in a decentralized environment with traditional medication distributive activities.

Must possess skills to interpret medication orders and review them for safety and effectiveness.

Will dispense medication according to state and federal law and accepted standards of care.

Will make rounds to patient area to ensure the quality of patient care.

Must be able to communicate and interact with professional and non-professional staff.

Will supervise other pharmacy staff.
Bachelor's degree PharmD from an accredited school of Pharmacy required with one year of hospital experience preferred.

Experience with Pediatric and Neonatal populations preferred.
Must have current licensure for the State of Virginia or eligible.
Good communication skills, math skills, and attention to detail.

Hours: DAY/EVENING BETWEEN 7A-11P; EVERY THIRD WEEKEND
