General Summary: The Manager of New Business primary role is to drive the New Business process and manage the daily operations of the New Business Department. This includes guiding the NB Advisors to achieve Bb. quarterly and annual sales goals. The NB manager will assist the NB Advisors in their salon selection and openings, managing all NB reporting, and ensure overall department goals are being met.


Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage pipeline database
Achieve individual monthly goals
Oversee art and marketing projects related to New Business
Seek out new leads through innovative programs and events
Manage new account launch program
Coordinate new business education events for prospects
Ensure proper follow-up and accordance to protocol for all field leads
Regular participation and involvement in industry functions and events
Generate and update NB reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis
Work effectively with sales executive counterparts
Seek out process improvement and efficiencies
Demonstrate leadership within the team
Some Travel required

5 yrs. Sales experience
Salon/beauty industry experience
BS/BA degree required
