Strongest Link AIDS Services, Inc. is currently seeking an energetic, creative, compassionate staff member to join its case management team. Strongest Link case management focuses on assisting individuals living with HIV/AIDS in accessing medical care, housing, social supports, and other varied resources for the purposes of maintaining or increasing independence and improving the quality of lives. This position includes home visits, on-site community visits and regular phone contact to provide information, referrals, advocacy, and support to our clients living all over the North Shore. In addition to working directly with clients, the applicant must be able to maintain accurate and timely records and reports for all client work.


Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a human service related field; 2-3 years relevant work experience necessary with at least 1-year of case management experience preferred. Applicant must have knowledge and experience with HIV/AIDS and/or associated co-factors such as addiction, homelessness, or mental illness. A preferred applicant would be a dedicated, organized, team-player with a sense of humor. Must have a car. Demonstrated ability to work with multi-cultural and GLBT population a must. Bilingual- Spanish speaking preferred.
