From our headquarters in Silver Spring, MD, we seek a forward-thinking professional to join us as our Budgets Analyst. In this key role, you will utilize your analysis for statistical tracking and maintain budgeting/forecasting systems.

Duties include running standard nVision reports for Corporate, Marketing and other detailed departments, as well as for functional summaries and summary P&Ls. You will update statistical tracking tools, assist IT in preparing Budget/Forecast Ledgers, manage access/security for our online budgeting tool and maintain our Budget Department Tree. Other responsibilities include assisting with PeopleSoft Brand allocations, training new employees, completing reports and updating complex/sensitive financial models.

Skills:
•At least 3 years of professional financial or accounting experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

•Exceptional financial analysis, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills

•Strong competency in program/project management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills

•Excellent listening, verbal and written communication abilities

•Proficiency with MS Office suite and PeopleSoft nVision desired
