Work 1 week straight every month on clinical rotations on the floor and then do staffing the remainder to stay tuned to the medications you are dispensing. Review and monitor drug therapy, provide drug information. Participate in P&T meetings and be involved with decision-making. Design MUE programs that consider pharmacotherapeutics and pharmacoeconomic impact. Provide regular staff development clinical programs.
