JOB DESC:
He/she will work with business, IT and Security team to build and modify RBAC roles and implement them in our toolset.
He/she will analyze user access needs and identify enterprise roles needing application changes, identify number of people impacted and build role components.
He/she will manage approvals for role maintenance work by reaching out to data owners, application owners and role owners.
He/she will coordinate new role implementation with the business.
He/she will research escalated issues related to role maintenance changes and work with Role Owners and business contacts to resolve these issues.

KEY QUALIFYING SKILLS:
Candidate must have verifiable technical expertise in and use of security administration tools such as ITIM, Active Directory and CA ACF2 [it’s a discretionary access control software security system developed for MVS (z/OS), VS1 and VM (z/VM) etc]
Demonstrable expertise in Role Based Access Control methodologies and processes.
Expertise in analyzing detailed access data from Active Directory, UNIX, ACF2, AS/400 and Applications and translate to business understanding.

SOFT SKILLS:
Excellent communications skills in English (both verbal and written)
Good time and project management skills.
Expertise in interfacing with business partners to analyze and understand their business requirements and develop plans to support them.

EDUCATION:
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Comp Sc. or in a technical/analytic field (e.g. MIS, IT, EE, Math etc) or a equivalent combination of academics and relevant work experience.
