Advanced Quality Solutions (AQS), a division of SCSI, has developed turn-key solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers seeking to enhance their quality initiatives. AQS locates itself within OEM’s facilities with trained and skilled personnel following rigorous processes, using live data management systems with state-of-the-art dimensional gaging and equipment to accurately inspect and audit manufactured goods and finished products. Inspection services currently offered include: Incoming Quality Auditing, Pre-Delivery Inspection and Auditing, In Process Auditing, etc…
As a result, quality levels are reported back to our customers and non conformances are contained and defect descriptions communicated in a timely manner, enabling root cause analysis and more efficient corrective actions. Our activities result in fewer defects, less downtime, better throughout and velocity which increases production efficiency and overall decreased warranty issues for our customers.
Our company began providing quality services in 2004 and now employs 360 individuals worldwide offering a diverse and multi-cultural workforce to our customers. Given the global nature of our OEM customers in China, France, Romania, and in the near future, Brazil and India, we have perfected our ability to project our organization globally and in the United States in Illinois, Indiana, Georgia, South and North Carolina.

OBJECTIVE
The Quality Site Manager implements and creates champion process-improvement initiatives by leadings its facility to quality and organizational excellence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creates and implements champion process-improvement strategies
• Leads his/her facility to Quality/Organizational Excellence and lead team efforts to establish and monitor customer/supplier relations, support strategic planning and deployment initiatives
• Oversees all Site functions
• Accountable fully for P/L
• Manages the front line supervisory staff
• Works with various internal departments to assure the highest quality of data collection and client satisfaction
• Other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned

• Must be able to motivate and evaluate staff
• Must be able to manage projects and human resources
• Must be able to analyze financial situations
• Must be able to determine and evaluate risk and employ knowledge management tools and techniques in resolving organizational challenges

• Must be proficient with PC windows system and Microsoft Office products
