-Develop Kernel Mode Drivers for IBM Point-of-Sale (POS) hardware and peripherals
-Develop Device Drivers for IBM POS hardware according to UPOS specifications
-Provide support in fixing problems found in test or actual usage environments
-Develop JSP based test tools and test cases for web retail solutions
-Develop test plan and manage test schedules
-Execute test for IBM Web Access Model Point-of-Sales (WAMPOS) solution on IBM hardware
-Posses good knowledge in C/C++/Java
-Posses knowledge of software development concepts/methodology/life-cycle
-Posses good knowledge in Java (JSE, JEE), JSP and Web browser architecture
-Knowledge of web related technologies (e.g. HTTP, XML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML)
-Knowledge of Java development environment (e.g. Eclipse) will be an advantage
-Experience in software/device driver development under Windows or Linux platforms will be an advantage
-Knowledge of UPOS specifications will be an advantage
-Posses good leadership, presentation and communication skills
