Currently, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital has an opening for Coordinator- Outreach Nursing Development (Job Number 17476).

The Coordinator- Outreach Nursing Development advances nursing education to contribute to the highest quality of care for patients at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's international partner sites. The candidate will manage, plan, and implement international pediatric nursing oncology/hematology conferences and collaborate with international nursing faculty to integrate pediatric oncology/hematology into university settings. The incumbent will work directly with nurse educators to manage nursing education at individual partner sites, and direct the development of international nursing research. The candidate will assist with writing research proposals to secure grant funding from appropriate agencies, disseminate research findings for application in nursing practice, including publishing research findings in scientific journals and presenting findings at medical conferences. This position will serve as a nurse leader in international professional nursing organizations.

This is a full-time first shift position, Monday - Friday (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.).

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience in nursing, nursing education, and/or research required. Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Must possess a current Tennessee State Board of Nursing license if primary residence is Tennessee or a Nurse Licensure non-Compact state.
• Must possess a current State Board of Nursing license in the state of primary residence if the state is a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
