Produce highly credible process breakthrough by using a replicable approach and subsequently enabling a transfer of the application methods, techniques and tools to peer groups and other process improvement teams
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive workforce productivity and cost savings for the business
Manage conflict at many levels of the organization and able to effectively lead cross functional process improvement teams, and mentor /advise management on the formulation and implementation of process improvement plans.
Degree/ Master in Industrial Engineering or Business with min 5 years of relevant experience and held Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt is a must
Ability to learn/use Lean and Six Sigma techniques
Possess project management skill
Strong communication and presentation skills in both spoken and written English
Able to collaborate and interlock at various levels of management and staffs
Able to quickly understand processes using established methodologies and tools, and the flexibility to develop new approaches for specific situations
Consult background is a plus
Travel require
