Mortgage Processing. Computer experience required.

Will be responsible for organizing and preparing mortgage claim files for refunds. Obtaining verifications and collecting documentation needed from the claimants.

Requirements:
A. High School Diploma or equivalent and not less than 18 years old.
B. Should be able to work independently.

A. Skills in the use of general office equipment.
B. Maintain working familiarity with mortgage terminology and operations within a working facility.
C. Maintain effective and courteous interpersonal skills.
D. Proficient skills in word processing.
