Knowledge of petroleum land and lease documents - contracts - agreements - division orders - and title opinions req'd. Ability to analyze oil and gas leases - and knowledge of oil and gas contracts - title curative - and division orders req'd. Must have exp with Federal and state policies - regulations - procedures - contract limitations and legal constraints. Lease Data Systems exp req'd. Bolo preferred. Min 5 yrs oil and gas E&P exp req'd
