Recruiting a Support Specialist to support their growing client community. The Support Specialist will work directly with job applicants applying to PeopleAnswers' client companies to ensure that they have a superior experience when accessing the PeopleAnswers system. The right candidate will have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced and technology-centric work environment with strong phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities Include:

Continually monitor and clear all Help Desk issues via phone and email
Provide ongoing technical support to candidates
Identify enhancements to support processes and systems
Interface with the Client Relations team to meet client goals and service needs
Identify issues quickly and Interface with Development Team to track and resolve
Consolidating and reporting candidate feedback
Track and report on support volume and activity

Skills:
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year experience with technical support of a technology solution
Must be able to multi-task and work beyond the job description - PeopleAnswers is a thriving company with a wealth of opportunity so as a team they cover many areas
People orientation and strong verbal communication skills a must
Track record of successful problem-solving skills and effective detail orientation
Skilled at using common computer software programs (MS Office, etc)
Knowledge or experience in the Human Resource field is a plus
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment
