OUTSOURCED OPERATIONS LIAISON - BILINGUAL
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing outsourced operations which will include analyzing all outsourced programs and overseeing contract call centers. This will encompass working closely with division leads to provide call center support for their programs; overseeing calling for these programs in an efficient, cost effect, and productive manner; developing and maintaining relationships with internal marketing leaders in order to provide superior excellent call center support; and managing the vendor relationships (in English and Spanish) with the call centers to ensure that marketing objectives are met.


Skills:
Selected candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years experience in call center management, IT project management, and/or vendor management. Advanced knowledge of call center operations and operating systems and previous experience in data analysis is required. Supervisory or call center experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, project and time management skills necessary. Must have a strong practical knowledge of MS-Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to communicate orally/verbally in Spanish is essential. Must possess a valid driver's license.
