PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE:

Support the ED of Global Finance in managing the day-to-day functions of the department.


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Work on special ad-hoc projects for the VP and ED of Finance as required.

 Expense Reports- Audit, track and copy all Gelco expense reports for office and certain field personnel . Reclass expenses as required. Train new Expenselink users as required.

 Balance Sheet analysis – Analyze accounts and prepare reconciliation for review.

 Monthly VA reclass- Review VA each month. Research expenses and reclass as required.

 Prepare and issue monthly departmental reports on behalf of ED of Finance.

 Prepare and process all non-inventory Purchase Orders for brand. Process payment of related invoices.

 Fixed Assets - 1. Coordinate project number assignment for counters. Create purchase orders for projects and process related invoices for payment. Maintain project folders and review Capital Spending Report monthly. 2. PSR- Process requisition forms and track expenses. ie: Office Automation.

 International Rebills – Prepare debit note documentation for submission to International Accounting for items to be charged back to the various markets. Track posting of credits to correct budget code and account line.

Skills:
 3 years of related experience.
 Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion Essbase and Retrieve.
 Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and Access.
 Excellent interpersonal skills and work ethic.
